PURPOSE: Identify a personal strength that positively impacts the team’s overall performance. Share your strength with the team, identifying how the strength can help others.

Brand You for Increased Opportunities
PURPOSE: Create an “elevator speech” to share with senior leaders, peers, and co-workers that highlights your skills, capabilities and desired roles within the organization.

Very Powerful Person
PURPOSE: Create a 10-minute business case to gain support for a new idea with a Senior Leader or “Very Powerful Person” in your organization…especially if they work in an area that you are passionate about. Show them your talents and let them remember you the next time a project or opportunity arises.

One Development Action
PURPOSE: Identify one action you can take in the next 30 days to build a skill or capability needed to achieve your career interests. Focus on one area so it gets the attention it deserves to move the needle.

PURPOSE: Identify a person you can shadow to find out more about a job you are interested in pursuing.
