STEP 1: Each team member identifies their greatest strength using the following format:
Team members perform the following:
- Identify a personal strength
(e.g., handling customer complaints)
- Describe how the strength can help the team’s performance
(e.g., resolve customer issues faster and with better results)
- Outline how other team members can capitalize on the strength
(e.g., provide recommendations for handling difficult customer situations)
STEP 2: In a team meeting, team members share their personal strength, how it can help the team, and how others can capitalize on the strength.
STEP 3: Create a summary of the team members’ greatest strengths to remind team members how they can capitalize on each other’s strengths.
