STEP 2: Talk with your manager or a trusted leader in the organization to see if they see other areas where your “best work” impacts the organization.
STEP 3: Based on your current team and individual deliverables, as well as the impact created by the “best work” capability, determine what “best work” you should do more of and add their suggestions onto the document.
STEP 4: Using the information gathered on the Best Work Contribution worksheet, summarize the actions you must take to leverage your “best work” capabilities, and positively impact organization performance.
