PURPOSE: Look for ways to perform your “love-to-do” work. We all have areas of our jobs that we love and want to do more of in our role. Re-engage by looking at how you can perform more of the work you love to do.

PURPOSE: Schedule a team celebration event to share how the team’s work relationships help individual team members, as well as enable the team to achieve success.

Fun At Work Discussion
PURPOSE: Facilitate a team discussion to identify the value of having fun at work.

Our Future
PURPOSE: Facilitate or ask your manager to lead a team discussion regarding what organization quality, issue, product, or idea generates excitement for each team member.

Love To Work Blocker
PURPOSE: Identify one “love-to-do” work blocker you want to eliminate. Focus on doing what you love and crafting your dream job and identify the actions which prevent you from performing your “love-to-do” work.

Volunteering Through Your Employer
PURPOSE: Integrate your desire to support causes that are important to you with your employer. Leverage your employer or work organization to take action and add the experience to your resume, LinkedIn, and social media profiles.

Friends Outside of Work
PURPOSE: Spend time with co-workers outside of work to build relationships, get to know others better, and share your passions with those around you.

Best Hours For Me
PURPOSE: Identify the hours for your work schedule that work best for you. With life as busy as it is, flexibility is critical to our success.

Best Work Evaluation
PURPOSE: Evaluate team members’ performance on their “best work.” Schedule a 30-minute meeting with your team members or manager to share and receive performance feedback on “best work”.

Contribution Dialogue
PURPOSE: Take pride in your work and become passionate about your role by understanding how your passions contribute to your organization’s mission and purpose. Or find out if your role is not in alignment with your passion.
