Time: < 1 Hour  

STEP 1: Spend 10 minutes providing or hearing an overview of the organization’s direction and future. 

STEP 2: Ask each employee to spend one minute discussing what product, initiative, service, idea, etc. excites them the most about the company? Why? Make sure all parties understand that it’s important to believe in your organization and understand that you are a bigger part of something.

STEP 3: Identify what the team can do to continue supporting the company’s future and maintain the excitement for its future among the team.
