Fun At Work Discussion 

PURPOSE: Facilitate a team discussion to identify the value of having fun at work.

Time: 30 Minutes  

STEP 1: In a team meeting, facilitate a discussion using the following questions:

  1. How does having fun impact our individual and team performance?
  2. What does “fun at work” look like?
  3. What does not having fun at work look like?
  4. What actions can we take to build having fun within the team?

STEP 2: Determine the actions all team members must take to ensure work fun is built within the team, as well as with other individuals critical to the team’s success.

STEP 3: Get some fun activities and events scheduled for the remainder of the year. Confirm dates. A quarterly meeting followed by an interactive team activity is a great opportunity to build relationships and have fun!
