Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: In a team meeting, facilitate a discussion using the following questions:
- How does having fun impact our individual and team performance?
- What does “fun at work” look like?
- What does not having fun at work look like?
- What actions can we take to build having fun within the team?
STEP 2: Determine the actions all team members must take to ensure work fun is built within the team, as well as with other individuals critical to the team’s success.
STEP 3: Get some fun activities and events scheduled for the remainder of the year. Confirm dates. A quarterly meeting followed by an interactive team activity is a great opportunity to build relationships and have fun!
