Act as a Resource
PURPOSE: Create a way for friends and family to discuss how they need help. Build time with friends, family, and/or your significant other to give them the opportunity to share what resources they need.
Planning the Week
PURPOSE: Map out how much time you will need each week in order to achieve your goals and schedule the necessary time into your calendar.
It's an Emergency
PURPOSE: Determine if there are resources or other needs that you or your family team must have ASAP in order to successfully achieve work or life priorities for the future.
Wish List
PURPOSE: Identify the resources you would love to have in your life. Determine where you need a helping hand to strengthen your skills, have more time to expand your knowledge, or not feel overwhelmed.
Best Hours
PURPOSE: Identify the hours for your work schedule that work best for you. With life as busy as it is, flexibility is critical to our success.
Off My Plate
PURPOSE: Determine what can be taken “off your plate” to impact your work-life balance. Identify the work and obligations you currently are accountable to complete that you may be able to give to others, change the due date, or not do at all in order to improve your current work-life balance.
Prioritizing Needs
PURPOSE: Based on family goals and values, each member prioritizes their needs (ex: personal, professional, financial), and determines which needs must be met first and how each person can help.
Tribe Resources
PURPOSE: Use existing resources within your network first to meet your current needs. Determine how and where you can use the existing resources owned by friends or family before you go out and purchase additional resources unnecessarily.
Process Documentation
PURPOSE: Identify the processes critical to the team’s success, and determine which processes need to be more clearly defined in order for team members to execute the process efficiently.
Side Gig
PURPOSE: Finding a side gig allows you have to do something you love, and create a little extra cash flow! Find a side gig that allows you to highlight your strengths, capabilities, and talents!
