Don't Be So Hard On Yourself
PURPOSE: Focus on the things you do very well… not only on the areas where you aren’t perfect or are currently working (or needing to improve).

Mirror Test
PURPOSE: Look at yourself and determine what you will do or say in a certain situation to stay true to you and your values.

Act After 3
PURPOSE: When frustrating events occur, take 60 to 90 seconds to ensure you avoid taking frustrations out on others.

Tough Issue Talk
PURPOSE: Build five to ten minutes into dinner or family time to discuss difficult issues with the whole family.

Partner Accountabilities
PURPOSE: Learn what both people in a partnership/relationship want and need to know how best to communicate with the other. Allow the opportunity for your partner to find out what they can expect from you, and you from them.

Credibility Zappers
PURPOSE: Determine which of your actions have the greatest impact on your credibility. Find out if/when o you “zap” your credibility with others.

What's Up
PURPOSE: Provide a comfortable environment for friends or family members to ask and answer questions about what is impacting their daily lives.

Rearview Mirror
PURPOSE: Pick an area in your life that you want to do a rearview mirror assessment. For the steps below, I will use “nutrition” as the example.

Balancing Act
PURPOSE: Work on becoming balanced physically, mentally, financially, emotionally, and spiritually.
