Grateful Walk
PURPOSE: Make it a practice to take a daily walk with the intentions of being grateful for your life and the people and things you care about. Appreciate this quiet time as you notice the many blessings you’ve been given.

Exercise of Choice
PURPOSE: Take time to enjoy the kinds of exercise that make you happy. Reach your goals, as well as enjoy the journey of getting there, through exercise that can energize and clear your mind, while strengthening your body.

Be Humble
PURPOSE: Practice being humble to create a positive energy and become a sincere, purposeful, and credible person, who is grateful for all you’ve been blessed with.

Practice Positive Affirmations
PURPOSE: Use positive thoughts, words, and phrases and focus on your strengths to increase your confidence and remind yourself of all of the things you do well. Give yourself the time, compliments, and affirmation you deserve.

Mistake Management
PURPOSE: Learn from mistakes rather than dwell on them. When thinking about your past, determine what you’ve learned so similar mishaps don’t happen again. Look to see what positive outcomes have stemmed from past mistakes so you can recognize any surprising blessings.

Make Me Feel Important
PURPOSE: Pretend that every single person you meet has an invisible sign around his or her neck that says, “Make me feel important.” – Mary Kay Ash

Volunteer for a Worthy Cause
PURPOSE: Volunteer for a worthy cause to put things in perspective and leave you feeling uplifted with a grateful heart.

Be Present
PURPOSE: Be present when interacting with your kids, loved ones, or co-workers.

Celebrate Good Times
PURPOSE: Look for opportunities to recognize big successes and small victories to remind yourself that good things are happening around you.

Making Lemonade from Lemons
PURPOSE: Make lemonade from lemons. Learn to look at things through a more optimistic lens and gain a healthier mindset to prepare you for future lemons that are thrown your way.
