PURPOSE: With each team member, share what you see as his or her “best work”, and determine what actions each of you can take in order to ensure each team member is able to do his or her “best work” each day.

PURPOSE: Meet with your team members to determine what “love-to-do” work should be leveraged based on how their “love-to-do” work impacts organization performance.

PURPOSE: Identify the actions which will decrease whatever is preventing employees from performing his or her “love-to-do” work.
Fun at Work Discussion
PURPOSE: Facilitate a team discussion to identify the value of having fun at work.
