STEP 1: Schedule a time with your team member to review and complete the “Love-to-Do” Work Contribution Worksheet.
STEP 2: With your team member, discuss and record the following on the worksheet.
- List the team member’s “love-to-do” work
- For each “love-to-do” work capability, identify how the “love-to-do” work impacts the organization’s performance level
- Based on current team and individual deliverables, as well as the impact created by the “love-to-do” work capability, what “love-to-do” work should the team member do more of?
STEP 3: Using the information gathered on the worksheet, summarize the actions the team member must take in order to leverage his or her “love-to-do” work capabilities, and positively impact organization performance.
