Step 1: Discuss the following with your team:
Having the opportunity to do the work we “love-to-do” is critical to all of us. Our “love-to-do” work helps us perform, and provides great value to the team. Please think about what is blocking you from doing more of your “love-to-do” work.
- What work are you doing that you hate to do?
- What is in the way of doing more of what you love to do?
Step 2: Ask each team member to discuss his or her response during a meeting or call. Identify the actions which can be taken to eliminate or reduce the “love-to-do” work blocker.
