STEP 1: Think about the team member and identify the following:
- How does the team member’s work make a positive impact on your customers?
- How does the team member’s work impact his or her co-workers?
- What impact is created for you by the team member’s work?
STEP 2: Spend a few minutes and share with your team member how their work is meaningful to customers, co-workers, and you.
STEP 3: Ask the team member to share additional thoughts for how their work is meaningful to others.
