Coaching Time
PURPOSE: Create regularly scheduled coaching time for team members. Create and post dedicated time slots each week for team members to clarify expectations, discuss priorities, ask questions, and clarify next steps.
Stand-Up Huddles
PURPOSE: Meet daily with your team to check progress, clarify direction, and refocus efforts. Share critical information impacting team member’s priorities and/or team goals.
Coaching Network
PURPOSE: Create a Coaching Network of individuals who will be able to provide coaching and performance feedback on the skills and capabilities you would like to develop.
Performance Check Point
PURPOSE: Review the 12 performance areas and identify the enablers (help you perform) and challenges (hinder your performance) impacting the performance area.
Critical Team Skills
PURPOSE: With your team, identify the critical skills or knowledge all team members must build to successfully achieve the team goals and work priorities
Performance NOW and in the FUTURE
PURPOSE: Identify what a team member must do to perform at a high level.
