Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: Share the purpose of the Coaching Time with your team.
STEP 2: Post your Coaching Time slots on your door, work space, or on an on-line calendar (e.g., Monday 2—4 p.m.).
STEP 3: Team members should be able to schedule time within the Coaching Time, or be able to stop by your desk if you do not have a scheduled meeting with another team member.
Note:
- Be sure to hold your “Coaching Time” sacred. Team members should know you are always available during your dedicated coaching times.
- You may also want to request a discussion with a team member during the Coaching Time to share new information, make changes in objectives, or receive a status update.
