ONE Need
Team members identify one needed resource. Identify ONE resource for each team member that can help him or her achieve a higher level of performance.
It's An Emergency
PURPOSE: Identify resource needs that must be met ASAP. Determine if there are resource needs that your team members need ASAP in order to successfully deliver their work priorities.
Wish List
PURPOSE Facilitate a 30 to 60 minute discussion with each team member to identify the resources the team member would love to have in his or her job.
Prioritizing Team Needs
PURPOSE: Team members identify their top 3 resource needs. Based on team goals and initiatives, the team prioritizes their resource needs, and determines which needs must be met first.
Expert Directory
PURPOSE: Create an “Expert Directory” identifying individuals who can provide expertise to team members who need help delivering a particular goal or work priority.
Reference Guide
PURPOSE: With your team, create a “Reference Guide”, outlining the various resources your team can tap into in order to help deliver high performing results.
