STEP 1: In a team meeting, identify the resources the team has available to them in the following areas:
- People: Who do we know? What networks or group are we a part of which can help?
- Equipment: What equipment do we have? What new equipment can we expect to receive in the next 6 months? What equipment changes or upgrades will be experience in the next 6 months?
- Materials: What materials do we have? (e.g., products, supplies, materials) In the next 6 months, what changes can we expect to see in our materials?
STEP 2: Summarize the discussion to create a team Reference Guide. Give the Reference Guide to all current and new team members.
