Grateful Walk
PURPOSE: Make it a practice to take a daily walk with the intentions of being grateful for your life. Appreciate this quiet time to consider all that you’ve been given, for the stillness and quiet, and for being present during your walk.

Breathing
PURPOSE: Use breathing techniques as an awareness exercise. Return to your breath, to the moment, to your values, your priorities and your intentions throughout the day, week, or year.

Single Task.. Not Multitask
PURPOSE: Give your absolute attention to one thing at a time. Research shows that switching from task to task negatively affects your productivity output.

Think In The Now, Be In The Now
PURPOSE: Practice being present to add focus, quality of thought, and enhanced performance to any task or project you’re working on.

Focus on Developing Focus
PURPOSE: Develop your practice at concentration, whether it’s on your own breath, a task, or visualization, to enter a calm, observant, mindful state.

Manage My Emotions
PURPOSE: Effectively manage your emotions to help you make healthy and appropriate decisions and maintain your values and beliefs.

Don't Accept Your Own Excuses
PURPOSE: Rather than allowing yourself to "just take the day off…” break free from fearful or helpless thoughts and move towards action. An anonymous quote reads, "Indecision is the graveyard of good intention."

Act At Your Own Pace
PURPOSE: Take things at your natural speed instead of a pace that is determined by the immediate gratification mode of the internet.

Actively Notice Your Senses
PURPOSE: Feel your body and be sensitive to what’s taking place inside of you; focus on what your senses are telling you.
