PURPOSE: Identify resource needs that must be met ASAP. Determine if there are resource needs that your team members need ASAP in order to successfully deliver their work priorities.

PURPOSE: Develop a clear understanding of how well the team’s equipment is currently performing.

PURPOSE: Create an equipment plan outlining the equipment your team will need in the next 12 months.

PURPOSE: Facilitate a 30 to 60 minute discussion with each team member to identify the resources the team member would love to have in his or her job.
Resource Help Agenda Item
PURPOSE: Build an agenda item into your team meetings to give team members the opportunity to share what resources they need.
Technology Resource DiscussionÂ
PURPOSE: Perform a “Resource Discussion” as a team to determine what technology resources the team needs in order to achieve their goals and work priorities, as well as increase their level of performance.
