Equipment Assessment 

Time: 1 Hour 

STEP 1: Give your team members the Equipment Assessment Worksheet. Ask each team member to identify the following:

1. The equipment they currently use in their role
2. The current level of performance for each piece of equipment
3. The actions that must be taken to ensure the equipment performs

STEP 2: Once you receive each team member’s Equipment Assessment, review the results as a team and determine the following:

1. What equipment is critical to the team’s success and needs immediate attention?
2. What equipment issues need to be addressed in the next 6 months?
3. What equipment issues need to be addressed in the next 12 months?

STEP 3: Create a plan to address the identified equipment issues.
