Take Inventory of Your Life
PURPOSE: Challenge yourself to embrace everything in your life that you find impactful—even the things that you are struggling with. Acknowledged all of your successes, the people in your life that are meaningful to you, or a recent experience or memory that has left an impact on you.

Don't Sweat the Small Stuff
PURPOSE: Record and honestly prioritize the tasks you need to get done. Recognize how many of those tasks are not immediately pressing, learn to not sweat the small stuff, and manage your stress level.

Grateful Walk
PURPOSE: Make it a practice to take a daily walk with the intentions of being grateful for all that has been given to you. Reap the benefits of this quiet time, being thankful, showing reverence, de-cluttering your mind, and invigorating your body.

Visit Friends or Family
PURPOSE: See one friend or family member that you haven’t seen in a while and show them that you still care.

Like Where You Live
PURPOSE: Make your home your sanctuary—the place you go back to after a long (and potentially stressful) day to relax and recuperate.

Declutter and Simplify
PURPOSE: Be grateful for the things you have in your life and continuously make room for new things that might fulfill you. Rid your life of things that no longer serve you. Avoid falling into the habit of placing more value on material possessions than people and experiences.

Thank My Tribe
PURPOSE: Identify your “tribe” – those you can count on for anything, can tell anything, and would do anything for. Take the time to thank your tribe for what they do for you.

Take a Road Trip
PURPOSE: Pan a mini-vacation or road trip as an easy, inexpensive, and amazing way to clear your head and focus on the great things in your life. Create new memories which will maintain your happiness level.

Give Back
PURPOSE: Look for ways every day to give back and share your love and blessings with others. As you’ve probably heard at some point in your life, it truly is more blessed to give than to receive.
