Pray/Meditate
PURPOSE: Take time each day (or sometimes a few times a day) to pray or meditate in order to focus, let go of inevitable challenges, give it to God/the universe, and take it off of your mental to-do list.

Ask for Help
PURPOSE: Recognize that you don’t need to do it all on your own. Provide others a chance to serve you by asking for a helping hand.

Frienemy
PURPOSE: Look closely and determine if you have any unhealthy relationships that are holding you back. Be willing to remove counterproductive, unhealthy people from your life. Surround yourself with people who will help you achieve your goals, whether directly or indirectly.

Accountability Partner
PURPOSE: Find an accountability partner to provide you with structure and support to meet your life goals (i.e. read the bible at least 3x a week, exercise, practice patience, volunteer, pay it forward, etc.).

Daily To-Do List
PURPOSE: Make or review a daily to do list to keep you focused on putting first things first.

Big Rocks
PURPOSE: Determine what your “Big Rocks” are in life, the most important priorities. Then determine what is the “gravel” in your life so you can make the necessary adjustments.

Making a List, Checkin' It Twice
PURPOSE: Write down as many to-do items as you can (humans can have up to 150 to-do items in their head) and compartmentalize them into:

Evening Reflection
PURPOSE: Reflect on your day. Slow down long enough to see how well you did in focusing on the important things in your life.
