Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP 1: As you wind down your day, reflect on what you said/did and didn’t say/didn’t do. Think about how those decisions affected you, your family, and your goals.
STEP 2: Think about what you would like to do differently. If there was something you needed to say (or say in a better way) and you didn’t, pick up the phone and say it right now. You will sleep so much better. If there is something you should have done, if you are unable to do it tonight, schedule it and make it happen tomorrow.
STEP 3: When we take daily time to reflect, we significantly increase our chances of living our incredible life by not having to pine over mistakes or steps not taken but nipping them in the bud and correcting them as quickly as possible.
