Resist the Temptation
PURPOSE: Limit the number of times you run through a drive through or eat out and immediately enhance what is going into your body and its influence on your brain. Be aware and take control of exactly what you’re eating.

Got Water?
PURPOSE: Determine how much water your body needs. And then figure out how much of it are you really drinking every day?

Limit Your Sugar Intake
PURPOSE: Be mindful and aware of the amount of sugar you are ingesting and uncover the most common forms of sugar you are consuming. By having this knowledge, you will be better able to cut back and prioritize your health.

What's Cookin'
PURPOSE: Become familiar with the food you are purchasing and cooking with. Be intentional with your food selections and it will manifest in other areas of your life as increased energy, positivity and improved health.

Make a Plan
PURPOSE: Make a plan of what and when you will eat, focusing on enhancing your health. Writing these details down will force you to be mindful about each meal, therefore keeping it top of mind.

Find a Nutritionist
PURPOSE: Schedule an appointment with a nutritionist to learn some helpful information about nutrition and your health that may not be mentioned by your primary care physician. Nutritionists can suggest foods and supplements to help with your specific needs.

Supplementing with Supplements
PURPOSE: Supplement your diet to get the necessary vitamins and minerals you may be lacking.

Be Informed
PURPOSE: Being aware of what is going on in our world, from a health and nutrition perspective, will open your eyes to many ways to improve your health.

Know Your History
PURPOSE: Learn about your family health history so you and your doctor know where to pay special attention during your exams. If you are not aware of your family’s health history, now is a great time to ask the necessary questions to inform yourself.

Annual Physical
PURPOSE: Challenge yourself to schedule annual appointments with your primary care physician, dentist, OB/GYN, etc. so you have an annual “snapshot” of how you are doing. This way, you can be confident that any potential issues can be addressed in a timely manner.
