Grateful Walk
PURPOSE: Make it a practice to take a daily walk with the intentions of being grateful for all that has been given to you. Declutter your mind, invigorate your body, enjoy a grateful heart and share healing energy with others.

No Drama Zone
PURPOSE: Remove negative, draining people from your life so you can enjoy (and spread) the positivity of yourself with others. Prioritize positive people who build you up and give you energy.

Get Time Back
PURPOSE: Look at your current life schedule to determine where you can take back some time for yourself and the things that are most important to you.

List Maker
PURPOSE: For increased well-being and mental health, be a list maker and start marking things off of your list!

Bring Your Lunch
PURPOSE: Bring your lunch to work so you can shorten your lunch break and get away from the office a little early. If you can’t leave work early, spend that extra time in meditation - decompressing and re-centering yourself in order to finish the workday with strength and positivity, or review your positive affirmations.

Plan, Prioritize, Calendarize
PURPOSE: Plan and stay focused on the tasks that add purpose and meaning in your life so you can be the best, most productive and efficient version of yourself. Leverage your technology to strategically plan for what is important in your life. Use these resources to empower your success, not hinder it.

Closet Clean Up
PURPOSE: Go through your closet and other cluttered places in your house and clear them out so you’ll have increased mental and physical space to enjoy the more important things in life.

Make YourSelf a Priority
PURPOSE: Mentally de-clutter yourself from your “shoulds” and go on a hike, sweat at the gym, get a massage, or go for a weekend getaway by yourself to recharge. Remember: “It’s not selfish to give TO yourself as much as you give OF yourself.” – Suze Orman

It's Better to Give than to Receive
PURPOSE: Bless others. We are a blessed nation, so it’s important to give back to those who are less fortunate. Below are some ideas to help you bless others. It truly is better to give than to receive.

The Power of Positive Affirmations
PURPOSE: Use positive affirmations to keep your mind laser focused on accomplishing your priorities. Transform your external world by first changing your internal one. Use affirmations to achieve self-confidence, career success, health, love, and abundance.
