PURPOSE: Select an area in which your team received partial, mixed, or no information, and create a Straight Talk Story to “set the record” straight.

PURPOSE: Provide the opportunity for your employees to get important decisions or events on the table so you can determine whether you need to “take action” or “manage expectations,” AND an employee can “take action” or “let go.”

PURPOSE: Take the “heat” from your team members to create an environment of open communication.
