Time: 15-30 Minutes

STEP 1: In a team meeting or on a team call, give your team members two minutes to develop three questions they want answered.

STEP 2: One at a time, each team member fires a question at you. You must respond within 30 seconds. Once you answer one question, move to the next individual. Go around the room until all of the questions are answered.

NOTE: If you’d like, you can “pass” on a question and come back to it at the end of the Hot Seat session, or tell the team you will get the answer after the session and share it with them at a later time.
