They are equipped to share insights with the right people, enabling swift and effective action. The course culminates in participants using practical solutions to craft a solid plan, setting the stage for making a meaningful impact.

Creating CLARITY and the FIT

#1 Life Priorities and Journeying Forward 
Individuals set clear life priorities to keep in mind, as they learn 3 navigation styles (Direct Path, Meandering, or JOURNEYing), to enhance decision-making and practice mindfulness to fully be in the “NOW.”

#2 Identify Top LIFEDrivers and the Current Situation 
Individuals identify their Top 15 LIFEDrivers that have the biggest impact within their life and outline how each LIFEDriver is currently going (Not Going Well, Going Well, Real Strength), to determine what areas need improvements.  

#3 Important TALENT Drivers and the Current Situation 
Individuals identify the TALENT Drivers that have a significant impact on their performance, development, and desire to stay at the organization, as well as outline how each TALENT Driver is currently going (Not Going Well, Going Well, Real Strength) to determine what areas of work need improvements. 

SHARE and Take ACTION

#4 Select Your First Focus Area
Individuals select a focus area (LIFEDriver or TALENT Driver) that they
have a genuine interest in taking the lead to make improvements.
 

#5 Create Life Goals
Individuals create solid goals to push their LifeWork Alignment forward,
based on the
 Focus Area they selected.

#6 Take Action with Solutions
