PURPOSE: Engage your manager in regular discussions about stress management and well-being, ensuring the organization supports your health through tailored workplace adjustments.
Wellness Programs
PURPOSE: Fully utilize the organization’s wellness programs to support individual's health, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being.
Peer Support Network
PURPOSE: Outline your network of trusted peers and identify ways you can build each other up, and support one another's well-being.
What's Going On?
PURPOSE: Take some uninterrupted time to think about all aspects of your personal and work life to identify the areas that may be significantly impacting your overall health, stress, and well-being.
Workload Balance Review
PURPOSE: Meet with each team member to discuss how well they are able to balance their workload. If you are not a manager, schedule time to talk to your manager about the following points to better balance your workload.
No Work Pact
PURPOSE: Establish a team agreement that promotes disconnecting from work after hours to enables you and your teammates to rest and recharge effectively while maintaining productivity.
