PURPOSE: Schedule a team celebration event to share how the team’s work relationships help individual team members, and team success.

PURPOSE: Team members meet with a co-worker they don’t know well to learn about the person’s role, background, and personal hobbies.
Monday Morning Huddle
PURPOSE: Create a Monday Morning Huddle to spend 10 minutes each Monday with your team to share personal events that have happened over the last week.
Personal Picture
PURPOSE: Use the Personal Picture to help you and your team members get to know each other better to increase the team’s understanding of how to support each other.
Fun At Work DiscussionÂ
PURPOSE: Facilitate a team discussion to identify the value of having fun at work.
Peer Grid
PURPOSE: Over the next quarter, get to know your peers by completing the “Peer Grid”.
