Time: 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Record the names of your peers on the Peer Grid.

STEP 2: Over the next quarter, facilitate discussions with your peers to learn the following:

1. Family members’ names
2. Pets
3. Hobbies
4. Favorite vacation locations
5. Favorite type of activity to do with family or friends
6. A personal struggle they have experienced in the last year

If you already know some of the information, record it on the Peer Grid, and determine what you still need to learn about each peer.

STEP 3: Each time you learn something new about a peer, record the information on the Peer Grid.

See if you can fill in every category for each team member within 60 to 90 days.
