PURPOSE Team members learn how their performance will make a difference in their pay.
Building Financial Rewards
PURPOSE: Help your team understand the long-term financial rewards available to him or her, and discuss what the team member must do and/or achieve to take part in these rewards.
Merit Line Of Sight
PURPOSE: In a team meeting or with individual team members, generally outline the company’s overall team member pay strategy, highlighting how individual and department/team achievements impact compensation (how we pay people).
Reward Triggers
PURPOSE: Share with your team the criteria used to trigger rewards in your organization (e.g., pay increase, bonuses, comp time), so that your team members create a solid understanding of the actions they must take and what they must achieve to receive a desired reward.
