Our partnership with the Center for Talent Solutions (CTS) in conducting the Employee Engagement Survey was the first step in this investment. The insights gathered provide a valuable foundation for strengthening our workplace. Now, it’s time to take action.

To take action we’re equipping you with targeted solutions designed to help you make impactful changes with your team.

By following through, you’ll drive meaningful improvements in engagement and retention—and create positive impact on our 2025 Business Objectives. 

What’s Next:

✅ Team/Department Meetings – Each supervisor will lead team/department-specific meetings to discuss both the organization-wide results and their specific team/department results.

✅ Focused Initiatives – Each team/department will identify 2-3 key initiatives to focus on enhancing over the next 12 months and provide an action plan to their executive leader.

✅ Progress Tracking – Supervisors will provide updates on the actions taken and their impact. Executive leaders or their designee provides high-level progress reports for each of their teams/department’s initiatives during the 2025 quarterly calls.
