As managers and supervisors at CareOregon, you make a big difference by creating an environment in which team members are energized and empowered to perform at their highest level. Therefore, we are committed to equipping you with tools to make a real impact on team member engagement, performance, and their desire to stay.
Our partnership with the Center for Talent Solutions (CTS) in conducting the Employee Engagement Survey is our first step in investing in our employees’ engagement and retention. Taking action on the survey results is our next critical step. Doing something about the survey results demonstrates that employee voices have been heard, and it shows your commitment to a partnership in creating solutions. Finally, our employees’ experiences directly impact our members, providers and community partners, and ultimately the strength of CareOregon.
This Talent Solutions website provides great tools to help you respond to critical areas of opportunity identified from the survey feedback. These best practices are outlined with easy-to-follow steps, examples, and the necessary resources required to implement the actions that will make a real difference with engagement and retention.
To get started, simply click on the TALENT Driver you want to improve, review the solutions and select the one that will work best for you and your team. Then, just do it! It's that easy, and you'll be amazed at the results you'll see!
