Monday Morning Huddle
PURPOSE: Create a Monday Morning Huddle to spend 10 minutes each Monday with your team to share personal events that have happened over the last week.
Someone I Don't Know
PURPOSE: Team members meet with a co-worker they don’t know well to learn about the person’s role, background, and personal hobbies.
Team Connection Events
PURPOSE: Organize regular team-building events that foster personal connections and create a welcoming environment, to increase individual's sense of belonging within the organization.
Peer Grid
PURPOSE: Over the next quarter, get to know your peers by completing the “Peer Grid.”
Your Strengths Matter
PURPOSE: Determine what team strengths should be leveraged based on how these strengths impact individual, team, and organization performance.
Recognition Roundtable
PURPOSE: Managers host quarterly roundtables where individuals’ unique contributions are recognized in a genuine, team-driven discussion, creating an authentic and connection-driven experience.
