PURPOSE: Meet with your team members to learn about their “work-world”, and identify what you can do to help them be successful.
Supporting Work AssessmentÂ
PURPOSE: Evaluate the support you provided to a team member in the last 45 days in order to identify actions that you can take to improve the way you support your team members.
Hot Seat
PURPOSE: Take the “heat” from your team members to create an environment of open communication.
Authentic Assessment
PURPOSE: Ask your team to provide feedback on how authentic they believe your actions are.
Credibility Zappers
PURPOSE: Determine which of your actions have the greatest impact on your credibility.
Big Ideas
PURPOSE: Facilitate a team work session to brainstorm improvement ideas team members would like to implement within the team.
Team Member Idea EvaluationÂ
PURPOSE: Perform a Team Member Idea Evaluation to determine how well the team has made team members’ ideas and opinions count over the last 6 months.
Catch It Right
PURPOSE: Each day, catch at least one team member doing something right to impact their individual performance, positively impact others, or deliver team results.
