Emergency Brainstorm
PURPOSE: Provide solutions to an issue with speed. Project teams, individual team members, or work groups can use the following “Emergency Brainstorm” process when they are having trouble solving a particular issue.
Who Do You Know
PURPOSE: Identify who can help you achieve high performing results, either in your personal or professional situations. Identify who in your circle can help you meet your current goals and deliverables.
Map Your Network
PURPOSE: Outline your network and identify ways you can build up your personal network with other key players.
Peer Thoughts
PURPOSE: Create a Peer Group and make the time each week to ask each other for opinions, to think through an issue, or bounce off an idea.
Talent Network
PURPOSE: Outline your Talent Network to identify how you and others can help one another develop your individual skills and capabilities. Whether you get together with co-workers, fellow volunteers, or even your friends it is always a good idea to expand your network!
Who Does the Team Know
PURPOSE: Facilitate a 90-minute work session with your team to identify who in the organization can help meet current team needs.
Personal Network Event
PURPOSE: Conduct a Personal Network Event with your team to identify how team members can learn, share, and contribute to helping each other achieve their individual goals and work priorities.
Building Work Relationships
PURPOSE: Evaluate your current work relationships and select the relationships you’d like to build.
