PURPOSE: Clearly understand the variables impacting your employee’s performance and desire to stay.

PURPOSE:Â Determine what team strengths should be leveraged based on how these strengths impact individual, team, and organization performance.

Team Recognition
PURPOSE: Each team member receives a “Team Recognition Chart” to record the feedback they give other co-workers. Monthly summaries are generated to determine the frequency of recognition given within the team.

Our Team Success
PURPOSE: Create a “Team Success Review” to share with your director and/or a senior leadership team to highlight the team’s significant achievements over the last 6 months.

Pass It On
PURPOSE:Â Team members present awards to each other to recognize personal achievements.

Sharing Recognition
PURPOSE:Â Share the recognition you and the team give others, by recognizing individuals and/or groups who are not part of the team.
