Time: < 30 Minutes
STEP: Set aside 5 to 10 minutes in your team meetings to discuss a difficult or imperative team or organization issue (e.g., poor team performance, inappropriate behaviors, employee changes, changes in senior leadership, etc.).
STEP 2: Select the first issue you will discuss with your team.
STEP 3: In a team meeting perform the following:
- Describe the issue
- Present the information you know
- Share your personal thoughts
- Discuss the impact on individuals and the team
STEP 4: Ask your team members to share additional information and their own thoughts.
STEP 5: When the discussion is finished, ask the team to select an issue for the next meeting.
