STEP 1: Print and cut out the Get-the-Facts Guide.

STEP 2: Post the Get-the-Facts Guide in your work space in an area that is visible to you throughout the day.

STEP 3: Each day, review the Get-the-Facts Guide as a reminder of the actions needed before taking action or making judgments.
