STEP 1: Identify a customer or client your team members can visit.
STEP 2: Schedule a time for the team or certain team members to visit the customer or client.
STEP 3: During the visit, team members should ask the customer or client the following questions:
- Why did you select our product or service?
- How has our product or service helped you?
- What would happen if the product or service was not “high quality”?
- What else can we do for you to create a better experience using our product or service?
