STEP 1: Review the caring actions on the Show You Care Worksheet. Circle or highlight the actions you will implement with your team members.
STEP 2: As you complete an action, record the team member’s name and the date you performed the action.
STEP 3: Each week, tally the number of actions you took to show caring that week.
Note: You can keep a record of the caring actions you implement for each team member (copy the worksheet for each team member), or you can keep one record for the entire team.
