Time: 30 Minutes
STEP 1: In a team meeting, provide each person a copy of the Authentic Assessment Form.
STEP 2: Share with your team your desire to receive honest feedback regarding how authentic your actions are with each team member.
STEP 3: Ask the team to spend a few minutes and evaluate your authenticity on the actions listed on the Authentic Assessment Form.
NOTE: Names should NOT be written on the assessment form.
STEP 4: Collect the completed assessments and summarize the results (after the meeting).
STEP 5: Based on the results, identify the actions you will take with the team to improve your authenticity. Share the results summary and these actions with your team during the next team meeting or call.
