STEP 1: Identify your work priorities and record them on the Credibility in Action Worksheet.
STEP 2: Each week, review the action categories and record the actions you took that week for each category.
STEP 3: Based on your current actions, determine if your actions and behaviors support or contradict your work priorities.
STEP 4: Identify future actions you can take to increase the consistency between “what you say” and “what you do”.
