Giving Feedback Audit

PURPOSE: Think about the last time you gave performance feedback to each of your team members and rate your performance for each feedback session.

Time: < 30 Minutes

STEP 1: Write the names of your team members on the Giving Feedback Audit worksheet.

STEP 2: Think about your most recent feedback session with each team member and perform the following:

  1. Review each Feedback Criteria and answer Yes or No for each question based on your performance during the feedback session
  2. Circle your response to each question in the team member’s column

STEP 3: Review your performance for each team member, and identify what you will do differently with the team member next time you give him or her performance feedback. Record these actions on the Feedback Audit Worksheet.
