STEP 1: Review the support you’ve provided your team members in the last two weeks, and determine what additional actions you must take in the future to provide the support your employees need in order to be successful.
STEP 2: Using the Support Grid identify and record the following:
- Actions you have taken in the last 2 weeks to support your employees and/or their work activities
- A brief description of each team member’s current work situation
- Additional actions you must take in the future to improve the support you provide each team member
STEP 3: Follow-up with your team members and share what actions you plan to take to ensure they receive the support they need in order to be successful.
