STEP 1: With your team, outline the information you will include in the review you will provide to leaders of the organization.
To create the “Team Success Review” identify the following:
- Significant deliverables the team has achieved in the last 6 months
- The impact the deliverables created for the team and organization
- The deliverables the team plans to achieve in the next 6 months
- How these new deliverables will create value for the team and organization
STEP 2: Identify the team members who will summarize the information above and create a final “Team Success Review” for your senior leader.
STEP 3: Share the “Team Success Review” with your senior leader and key stakeholders as a way to share how your team is contributing to the organization’s goals and overall performance.
