Time: 90 Minutes
STEP 1: Periodically, meet with your team to identify other departments or individuals within those departments who have made a significant contribution to your team’s overall success.
STEP 2: For each identified individual or group, determine which team members will complete the Recognition Award.
STEP 3: Team members should identify the following:
- What the individual or group did for the team
- How these actions impacted the team’s success
STEP 4: After the “Recognition Award” is completed, lay each award on the table, and have every team member sign the bottom of the award.
STEP 5: Present the “Recognition Award” to the individual or group.
