STEP 1: Facilitate a “Mission Review” discussion with your team using the following process:

  1. Describe the purpose and mission of your organization
  2. Discuss how the purpose and mission create value for your customers
  3. Overview the team’s goals and work priorities
  4. Discuss how the team’s goals and work priorities help achieve the organization’s purpose and mission


STEP 2: Based on the team discussion, identify what actions the team can take to ensure it continues to contribute towards the organization’s purpose and mission.
