Time: 1 Hour
STEP 1: Think about the following for yourself:
- What are the top 2 actions you must take to achieve high performing results that support the business vision and strategy?
- What impact will each result create for you and the organization?
STEP 2: Based on your responses above, capture your Top 2 Actions.
STEP 3: Either face-to-face, during a conference call, or via email, share these Top 2 actions with your manager, as well as the impact each action will create if achieved.
STEP 4: Follow-up with you manager and ask him or her if different actions should be part of the Top 2. If yes, discuss the importance of the new action, and make any necessary changes to the Top 2.
STEP 5: With your manager determine a due date or frequency for each action. Inform your manager when you have completed each action.
